COO

Karl (CEO) is an authority on robotics and autonomous vehicles whose opinion and commentary has been published and broadcast worldwide. As former director of the Robotic Mobility Group at MIT, his technical research resulted in more than 150 technical papers, 20 issued or filed patents, and numerous edited volumes, including books on the DARPA Grand Challenge and Urban Challenge autonomous vehicle competitions. His work has found application in passenger vehicle safety systems, robotic surgery, and Mars surface exploration, among other domains. Karl is also an author of fiction whose writing has been translated into seven languages.

Emilio (CTO) is the pioneering inventor of the RRT* motion planning algorithm and a world-renowned expert in the robotics, fleet management, and autonomous systems. In acknowledgement of his seminal work Emilio has received numerous major awards, including the the 2015 IEEE George S. Axelby Award and the 2017 IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award. Emilio has published more than 200 papers in the field of robotics, autonomous vehicles, and drones. A former full professor at MIT, he directed the research group that put the first autonomous vehicles on the road in Singapore.

Doug (COO) leads the company's Singapore office and company wide financing efforts. Doug is a former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. where he led product development projects for a wide range of automotive, aerospace and medical device companies. Doug received his MBA from INSEAD.
